Macmillan Big Coffee Morning - Sunday 15th October

After the 11.00am Mass. Tea/ coffee/ sandwiches and cake will be available. Please support this great cause.

The Living Rosary - Sunday 15th October

The Living Rosary will be prayed in the Parish Centre garden today, Sunday 15th October at 2.00pm. Organised by our Filipino community— come and pray the rosary together in front of Our Lady's’ grotto.

Ascent Outing To Jordan’s Mill At Biggleswade - Tuesday 17th October

Leaving Holy Rood at 10.30am and departing at 3.30pm. Guided and self-guided tours available—see leaflet for cost. Please leave your name and contact details on the sign-up list. Cost of transport £5 per person. Contact Winnie Brady.

Confirmation Catechists Planning Session - Thursday 19th October

Confirmation Catechists Planning Session for 2017-2018 programme 7.00pm Thursday 19th October in Parish Centre.

Fire Wardens Training - Saturday 11th November

A requirement of our Health & Safety policy is that there are fire wardens at all Masses to direct parishioners in the event of a fire. You don’t have to fight the fire!!! - just open the doors to ease evacuation. A training day has been organised for Saturday November 11th at 9.30am. Please contact the Parish Office if you want to volunteer to help at the Mass you regularly attend. Thank you.

Flower Arranging Demonstrations - Tuesday 14th November

Chris Ramsey, a member of the parish flower arranging team, is giving us another of her very popular demonstrations on Tuesday 14th November at 7.30pm in the Parish Centre. The theme this year is ‘Flowers around the Home at Christmas’. This CWL event is open to all, so do come along and bring your friends with you. All the beautiful arrangements will be prizes in the raffle and all proceeds will be given to CWL charities.

Baptism Preparation Course - Sunday 26th November

Parents should be attending Mass here weekly as a matter of course, before requesting the sacrament.
